These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://wcs2u.com and any services provided by WCS Webworld (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Scope of Services

WCS Webworld provides services including but not limited to:

  • Website design and development

  • Web-based application development

  • Web hosting and email hosting setup

  • Domain registration assistance

  • Maintenance and technical support

  • Internet marketing and consultation

All services are provided based on agreed quotation, proposal, or invoice.


2. Quotations & Acceptance

  • All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Work will only commence after confirmation and initial payment is received.

  • Client approval of a quotation or invoice (written, email, or WhatsApp confirmation) is considered acceptance of these Terms.


3. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement.

  • The balance payment must be completed before website launch, system deployment, or transfer of full access credentials.

  • For hosting, domain, or subscription services, payment must be made before renewal date to avoid suspension.

Late payments may result in service interruption or project delay.


4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate content, images, and information

  • Ensure materials submitted do not violate copyright or laws

  • Review and approve drafts in a timely manner

  • Keep login credentials secure

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timeline.


5. Revisions & Changes

  • Minor revisions are included during development stage.

  • Major design changes or additional features outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.

  • After final approval, further modifications are chargeable.


6. Website Launch & Handover

A project is considered completed when:

  • The website/application is deployed online, or

  • Access credentials are delivered to the client.

Upon completion and full payment, ownership of website content belongs to the client, except third-party software, plugins, or licensed components.


7. Hosting & Domain Services

WCS Webworld may assist in providing hosting and domain services via third-party providers.

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss caused by server failure

  • Downtime from hosting providers

  • Domain suspension due to registry policies

  • Expired domains due to unpaid renewal

Clients are responsible for timely renewal payments.


8. Maintenance & Support

Unless covered under a maintenance plan:

  • Updates, modifications, or troubleshooting are chargeable.

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or external updates.


9. Email & Data Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Managing mailbox storage

  • Keeping email passwords secure

  • Backing up important emails and data

We are not responsible for data loss due to hacking, malware, user negligence, or password sharing.


10. Intellectual Property

  • Clients must have legal rights to all provided content.

  • WCS Webworld reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.

  • Unauthorized copying of our proprietary system or code is prohibited.


11. Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Services are used for illegal, fraudulent, spam, or abusive activities

  • The website contains harmful or unlawful content

No refunds will be provided for violations.


12. Limitation of Liability

WCS Webworld shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Loss of revenue or profits

  • Website downtime

  • Search engine ranking changes

  • Cyber attacks or hacking incidents

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.


13. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Completed work, domain registrations, hosting services, and digital services are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if any, are at our discretion.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
